Voivodeship: rest in pristine Carpathian nature

Do you want to relax in the Carpathians in winter? Come to Bukovel! Are you planning a summer vacation with a swimming pool, fishing, walks in the fresh air and aromatic national cuisine? Then to Vojvodina! However, even in the cold season there is something to entertain yourself here. And no, this is not an advertisement, but personal observations about the not the most famous, but beautiful Carpathian resort.

Road: it is better to order a transfer

Voivodino resort is surrounded by high mountains of volcanic origin, covered with forest, mainly coniferous. There are not many backpackers here, nature is mostly untouched, and the air is clean and fresh.

You can get there in two ways – from Uzhhorod (50 km) or Svalyava (39 km). It is convenient to get there by train, but the first option is better, because the road from Svalyava is practically destroyed.

There is a bus to the nearest village Turiya Pasika several times a day, but it is better to order a transfer to the resort and get there in comfort.

Accommodation: cottages and rooms

The capacity of the Voivodino complex is 106 residents. There are buildings and cottages (one- and two-story). Of course, everything with amenities and new furniture. A cot is available for babies for a separate fee.

Summer recreation: swimming pools and cafes

Here are a few reasons to go on vacation here:

• several summer pools on the territory;
• different types of SPA;
• 7 fishermen with trout, and not only;
• sports grounds;
• several restaurants with European and Transcarpathian cuisine.

But this, of course, can be found at other well-known resorts. So what exactly is affecting Voivodeship? It’s simple, there is wonderful nature and a very beautiful well-kept territory. Spacious green lawns, a large lake, a whole bunch of different sculptures (what the “old” mill and bridges for each zodiac sign are worth), Uzhhorod in miniature, fountains.

Here you want to walk, look and take pictures. That is why weddings are often held in Vojvodina (it has its own church), as well as all kinds of conferences (in a separate conference hall) and corporate events.

Artists periodically come to Vojvodina, festivals are held. Buses with tourists arrive every day – to see and take a couple of hundred photos, but they do not interfere with vacationers, because the territory is very large.

Winter: skiing, saunas and more

Of course, this is far from a complete list of entertainment at the resort. In winter, there are lifts for adults and children, tourists are invited to bathe in hot tubs, periodically dive into the icy local river, ride horses or ATVs, go on an excursion to Uzhgorod. And that’s not all.

Voivodino is thought out to the smallest detail. There are also children’s entertainment clubs, and all the same above-mentioned trout fishing, and even walks in the mountains at will (leaving literally a few hundred meters from the complex, you get into wild, original nature). This is a European-class resort, and the prices are still Ukrainian.

An excellent option for those who are just planning to fall in love with the Ukrainian Carpathians, and those who think they have already seen everything, but are looking for something new.
